Under UK/EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

  • 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods
  • For multiple items delivered separately: 14 days from receiving the last item

3. RETURNS PROCESS

How to Return

  2. Receive confirmation and return instructions
  3. Ship the item within 14 days of notifying us
  4. Include your order number with the return

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging (where possible)
  • With all tags attached

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
  • Faulty/incorrect item: We pay return shipping

6. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned (unless faulty):

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Sealed items opened after delivery (hygiene reasons)
  • Items mixed inseparably with other goods

7. EXCHANGES

We process exchanges as:

  1. Refund for returned item
  2. New order for replacement item
